Оценка клинического применения Лантуса (инсулина гларгин) в практике работы эндокринологической службы Москвы

Несмотря на результаты DCCT и UKPDS , доказавшие необходимость адекватного гликемического контроля, большинство пациентов с СД 1 и 2 типа находятся в состоянии суб- и декомпенсации углеводного обмена. Внедрение в клиническую практику инсулина гларгин, имеющего по сравнению с НПХ-инсулином беспиковый профиль действия, более длительный период действия и простой алгоритм титрования дозы, возможно , позволит преодолеть барьеры, препятствующие достижению компенсации углеводного обмена у пациентов с СД 1 и 2 типа не только в условиях клинического исследования , но и в реальной клинической практике.
