Abstract

Диабетическая нефропатия (ДН) - одно из серьезных осложнений длительно некомпенсированного сахарного диабета (СД). Терминальная стадия хронической почечной недостаточности (ТХПН) как исход ДН занимает первое место среди причин смертности больных СД 1 и уступает лишь сердечно- сосудистым и онкологическим заболеваниям у больных СД 2. Исследования, изучающие ТрГ как фактор риска нейро-ишемической формы СДС, отсутствуют. Тем не менее, анализируя данные литературы, можно предполагать, что ТрГ усугубляет ишемию нижних конечностей и провоцирует развитие нейро-ишемических язв и некрозов нижних конечностей у пациентов с СД, находящихся на диализе.
