Abstract
Спироэргометрия является методом исследования показателей внешнего дыхания и газообмена в условиях непрерывной ступенчато возрастающей физической нагрузки. Наиболее часто в кардиологической практике его используют для стандартизации критериев диагностики недостаточности кровообращения. Метод основан на одновременном измерении воздушного потока, парциального напряжения кислорода и углекислого газа в выдыхаемом воздухе с помощью газоанализатора, а так же определения ЧСС и регистрации ЭКГ в процессе выполнения обследуемым дозированной физической нагрузки на велоэргометре или тредмиле.
