В данной статье описан клинический случай пациентки с ранним развитием терминальных осложнений сахарного диабета 1 типа, с хронической декомпенсацией углеводного обмена. В течение года пациентка находилась на лечении программным гемодиализом, в дальнейшем была успешно проведена родственная трансплантация почки.

This article describes the clinical case of a patient with early development of terminal complications of type 1 diabetes with chronic decompensated carbohydrate metabolism. For 1 year, the patient was treated with hemodialysis and she subsequently underwent successful kidney transplantation.
