Описаны патогенетические основы неблагоприятного исхода и новые способы фармакологической коррекции риска.</p><p>В статье освещены тенденции к увеличению частоты встречаемости нарушений углеводного обмена, их роль в развитии осложнений реваскуляризации миокарда. Приведены данные исследований, сравнивающих различные тактики реваскуляризации и их результаты у пациентов с различным статусом углеводного обмена.</p><p>В статье приведено обсуждение способов управления рисками при выполнении реваскуляризации миокарда, роль углеводного обмена в реализации риска неблагоприятного прогноза реваскуляризации миокарда, описаны имеющиеся на сегодняшний день результаты исследований новых лекарственных препаратов, способных оказать положительное влияние на прогноз реваскуляризации при нарушениях углеводного обмена.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article is a literature review devoted to issues of planned percutaneous coronary intervention for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Pathogenetic base of poor prognosis and new ways to pharmacological risk correction are described.</p><p>The article highlights the trends in the incidence of carbohydrate metabolism disorders, their role in the development of complications of myocardial revascularization.
