На состоявшемся 3 марта 2016 г. в Москве промежуточном совещании междисциплинарного экспертного совета эндокринологов и кардиологов с международным участием были рассмотрены итоги международного многоцентрового исследования EMPA-REG OUTCOME и принят ряд предложений и рекомендаций, касающихся дальнейшего исследования сердечно-сосудистых эффектов эмпаглифлозина и его применения в клинической практике у больных сахарным диабетом 2 типа и высоким сердечно-сосудистым риском.

The interdisciplinary interim experts’ counsil on March 3, 2016 in Moscow have considered the EMPA-REG OUTCOME trial results and suggested a number of prorositions and remommendations on further empagliflozin’s cardiovascular effects investigation and it’s clinical application in patients with type 2 diabetes at high cardiovascular risk.
