Одной из причин является генетическая гетерогенность сахарного диабета, что требует различных подходов в лечении, вместе с тем, индивидуальные особенности метаболизма и чувствительности к лекарственным препаратам также влияют на эффективность проводимой терапии. В обзоре представлены результаты фармакогенетических исследований основных сахароснижающих препаратов: метформина, производных сульфонилмочевины, агонистов рецепторов глюкагоноподобного пептида-1, тиазолидиндионов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Despite the increase in the number of hypoglycemic agents, 35%–40% of patients with diabetes are unable to achieve adequate glycemic control. One of the reasons is the genetic heterogeneity of diabetes mellitus, requiring different treatment approaches; however, the individual metabolic features and sensitivity to drugs also affect the therapeutic effectiveness.
