Патогенез СД2 активно изучается в течение последних лет. Особый интерес по-прежнему вызывает изменение секреции инсулина в ходе естественного развития заболевания и участие в этих процессах инкретинов. Появление новых препаратов, относящихся к группе инкретинов, ставит перед клиницистами важные вопросы об их месте в реальной клинической практике.</p><p> </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The prevalence of type 2 diabetes is increasing dramatically, and the pathogenesis of the disease has been studied extensively in recent years. Of particular interest, incretins are reported to cause changes in insulin secretion that affect the natural development of the disease.
