Предполагается, что показания к прекращению иммобилизации и переходу к ходьбе должны быть основаны на клинических признаках прекращения воспаления и данных объективных методов. Однако в современной литературе отсутствует единое мнение о том, какие обследования и методы достаточны для определения завершения острой стадии и перевода больного от иммобилизации к ходьбе. В работе обсуждаются клинические методы оценки активности артропатии и специальные исследования, применяемые для этой цели, их достоинства и недостатки. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Long-term offloading is the key factor in the treatment of the acute stage of Charcot foot. The indication for remobilization and transition of the affected foot to weight-bearing activities is believed to be based on two factors: the absence of the clinical signs of inflammation and results of the objective diagnostic tests. At the present time, consensus about appropriate methods sufficient for initiating weight-bearing activities after immobilization is absent.
