Полугодичные и годичные результаты ключевых исследований с лираглутидом, как в моно-, так и в комбинированной терапии, демонстрируют целый ряд преимуществ препарата: улучшение функции ?-клеток поджелудочной железы, значимое улучшение гликемического контроля и снижение массы тела, нормализация систолического АД. В будущем, с внедрением в клиническую практику лираглутида, пациенты с СД2 получат уникальную возможность улучшения гликемического контроля одновременно с улучшением функции ?-клеток и замедлением прогрессирования заболевания.
