Гликированный гемоглобин (HbA1c) является основным показателем для оценки компенсации сахарного диабета (СД) и верификации риска развития микро- и макрососудистых осложнений. Повышение уровня HbA1c ассоциировано с повышением риска развития поздних осложнений как у больных СД1, так и СД2.
