Эта группа препаратов постепенно расширяет свое присутствие в арсенале врача-эндокринолога. Уникальный механизм действия позволяет применять данные препараты как в виде монотерапии, так и в сочетании с традиционными средствами. Информационная база по эффективности и безопасности этой группы постоянно расширяется. Однако до настоящего времени проведено лишь ограниченное число прямых сравнительных исследований препаратов внутри группы. В данной статье представлены некоторые данные из проведенных сравнительных исследований препарата данного класса, вилдаглиптина, с другими представителями группы иДПП-4, а также агонистами рецепторов глюкагоноподобного пептида-1 (ГПП-1). </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The introduction of DPP-4 inhibitors substantially increased therapeutic options for type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). The unique mechanism of action allows using these agents both as monotherapy and in combination with conventional anti-diabetes drugs. Evidence base for efficacy and safety of DPP-4 inhibitors deepens every year, but to date only a few studies addressed direct comparison between individual agents within this pharmacological class.
