Состоялось заседание экспертного совета по применению готовой смеси инсулина Хумалог Микс 50 в лечении сахарного диабета 2 типа (СД2). В рамках заседания экспертного совета обсуждались проблемы достижения эффективного гликемического контроля у пациентов с СД2 и о клинической эффективности и алгоритмах применения готовых инсулиновых смесей. В рамках дискуссии рассматривалась возможность достижения целей лечения больных СД2 с помощью инсулина Хумалог Микс 50, специфические показания и противопоказания, а также оптимизация протоколов наблюдения пациентов, получающих инсулинотерапию готовой смесью инсулина Хумалог Микс 50.

The panel of experts has a held a discussion on effectiveness and tactics of glycemic control by pre-mixed insulin preparations in T2DM. Special attention was paid to the aspects of treatment with Humalog Mix 50, including indications and contraindications, potential for the achievement of therapeutic goals and optimization of patient monitoring.
