Внедрение в клиническую практику ангиопластики коронарных артерий представило новые возможности в лечении ишемической бо-лезни сердца (ИБС) у пациентов с сахарным диабетом (СД). В статье отражены показания для эндоваскулярных вмешательств и прин-ципы лечения этих больных с применением стентирования коронарных артерий.

Introduction into clinical practice of coronary angioplasty has provided new possibilities for treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD) in patientswith diabetes mellitus. The indications for endovascular interventions and principles of coronary stenting in such patients are described in this article.
