К ним относятся, помимо традиционных факторов, гипергликемия ? НвА1с&gt;7%, артериальная гипертония &gt;130/80 мм рт.ст., дислипидемия), также и такой ранее мало учитываемый фактор, как анемия. Почечная анемия является следствием сниженного синтеза ЭПО интерстицием почек и развивается достаточно рано.
