Диабетические МИАП - это комплекс патологических изменений в сосудах микроциркуляции и перимикроваскулярных зонах, развивающихся при сахарном диабете и других нарушениях толерантности к глюкозе. Патогенетическая сущность МИАП заключается в нарушениях межклеточных и клеточно-матриксных взаимодействий. Эти нарушения связывают с патологией аутокринных и паракринных регуляторных факторов: адгезивных молекул (интегрины, селектины и т.д.), компонентов экстрацеллюлярного матрикса, растворимых медиаторов (цитокинов, факторов роста), онкобелков.
