Однако оценка специфиче-ской сердечно-сосудистой эффективности данной терапии остается противоречивой. На основании эпидемиологическихматериалов в работе произведен анализ подобного рода вмешательств и выявлены наиболее безопасные типы подобного рода ком-бинированной терапии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The modern algorithm of hypoglycemic therapy for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM2) has been designed to effectively reach the ?target?blood glucose and HbA1c levels associated with the lowest mortality rate.The most popular scheme is combined treatment with metformin andsulfonylureasthatmakes possible the achievement of the ?target? metabolic indices in the majority of DM2 patients. However, specific cardiovascular efficiency ofthis therapy is a matter of controversy.
