В Российском консенсусе по терапии сахарного диабета (СД) детей и подростков представлены современные высокие требования к компенсации заболевания как наиболее эффективному и единственно возможному пути профилактики развития специфических сосудистых осложнений, а также пути ее достижения с помощью современных методов инсулинотерапии. Пособие содержит сведения по фармакокинетике современных видов инсулина, схемам их введения, проблемам инсулинотерапии и путям их решения. Особое внимание уделено наиболее современным и эффективным средствам лечения СД ? инсулиновым аналогам быстрого и пролонгированного действия, а также инсулиновым помпам. Подготовленный консенсус отражает современные взгляды на терапию СД у детей и подростков. Он основан на результатах значительных международных исследований и международном опыте, а также на результатах собственных исследований и большом опыте клинической работы, накопленном в отделении СД Института детской эндокринологии ФГУ Эндокринологический научный центр, где концентрируется наиболее сложный контингент больных из различных регионов нашей страны, с учетом стандартов экспертов Всемирной Организации Здравоохранения. консенсус? предназначается для специалистов, занимающихся проблемами диабета в органах здравоохранения, эндокринологов, диабетологов, педиатров и врачей общей практики.
