Ведущая роль в раз-рушении ?-клеток при СД1 отводится апоптозу. В данной статье рассмотрены основные пути активации апоптотического процесса,возможная роль апоптоза в регуляции иммунных механизмов, имеющих место в патогенезе СД1. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Type 1 diabetes mellitus (DM1) is known to be associated with progressive destruction of pancreatic beta-cells. Apoptosis plays the key role in this destructiveprocess.
