Терминальная стадия хронической почечной недостаточности (ТХПН) как исход ДН занимает первое место среди причин смертности больных СД 1 и уступает лишь сердечно- сосудистым и онкологическим заболеваниям у больных СД 2. Исследования, изучающие ТрГ как фактор риска нейро-ишемической формы СДС, отсутствуют.
