Изучение распространения полиморфизма 49A/G гена CTLA4 (rs231775) в русской популяции у больных CД 1 и у здоровых доноров. Материалы и методы. В исследовании использовали коллекции периферической крови детей в возрасте 5?12 лет с диагнозом СД 1 (50 образцов) и здоровых доноров крови (71 образец). ДНК выделяли методом Higuchi. Для генотипирования по локусам HLA-DRB1, -DQA1, -DQB1 применяли наборы реагентов производства НПФ ДНК-Технология. Полимеразную цепную реакцию проводили в 35 мкл амплификационной смеси, содержащей 5 мкл образца ДНК. Результаты. Частота аллеля A для здоровых доноров составила 60%, для больных СД 1 ? 43%. Частота аллеля G для здоровых доноров составила 40%, для больных СД 1 ? 57%. Различия межде группами статистически значимы. Частота генотипа AA для здоровых доноров составила 35%, для больных СД 1 ? 26%. Частота генотипа AG для здоровых доноров составила 51%, для больных СД 1 ? 34%. Частота генотипа GG для здоровых доноров составила 14%, для больных СД 1 ? 40%. Заключение.
