Изучить ассоциацию с сахарным диабетом 1 типа (СД1) аллелей и генотипов полиморфных маркеров rs41295061и rs11594656 гена IL2RA, кодирующего α-цепь рецептора интерлейкина 2 и rs2069762 гена IL2, кодирующего интерлейкин-2.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследование включены группа больных СД1 (451 человек) и группа здоровых индивидов (306 человек) русского происхождения. Определение аллелей и генотипов полиморфных маркеров проводилось с помощью амплификации в реальном времени.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Сравнительный анализ распределения частот аллелей и генотипов полиморфных маркеров rs41295061и rs11594656 гена IL2RA и rs2069762 гена IL2 в группах больных СД1 и здоровых индивидов не выявил статистически значимых различий, что существенно отличает русских больных от больных из Западной Европы, где исследуемые полиморфные маркеры показывают существенную ассоциацию с СД1.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Сравнительный анализ распределения частот аллелей и генотипов полиморфных маркеров генов IL2-RAи IL2 выявил популяционные различия в ассоциации с СД1 этих маркеров у русских больных и больных из Западной Европы.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>AIMS</title><p>AIMS: In order to study type 1 diabetes mellitus associations, we conducted a comparative analysis of allele and genotype frequencydistribution of polymorphic markers rs41295061 and rs11594656 of IL2RA gene, which encodes α-chain of interleukin-2 receptor, - and rs2069762, a marker of IL2, gene, encoding interleukin-2.</p></sec><sec><title>MATERIALS AND METHODS</title><p>MATERIALS AND METHODS: Experimental group included 451 patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus (DM); control group consistedof 306 healthy subjects (both groups were represented by ethnic Russians). Alleles and polymorphic markers were identified byreal-time amplification method.</p></sec><sec><title>RESULTS</title><p>RESULTS: A comparative analysis of patients with type 1 DM and healthy control group did not show statistically significant differencesfrom the viewpoint of allele and genotype frequency distribution of polymorphic markers rs41295061, rs11594656 and rs2069762.
