В настоящее время большинство пациентов с сахарным диабетом 2 типа получают комбинированную сахароснижающую терапию. Согласно новым терапевтическим алгоритмам, уже на старте терапии пациентам с впервые выявленным заболеванием и уровнем гликированного Нb&gt;7,6 % показано назначение комбинации 2 сахароснижающих препаратов.
