В представленном систематическом обзоре проанализирована распространенность гипогликемических состояний и сердечно-сосудистыхнарушений при терапии препаратами сульфонилмочевины (ПСМ) и глинидами. Проведен поиск среди более 1400 работ, опубликованныхза период с января 1984 года по январь 2009 года. Поиск литературы осуществлялся в базах Кокрановской библиотеки, MEDLINE, clinicaltrials.gov, controlled-trials.com. Дополнительно были просмотрены ссылки в найденных статьях и обзорах литературы с последующиманализом отобранных публикаций. В представленных рандомизированных клинических исследованиях по сравнению монотерапии мик-ронизированным глибенкламидом и другими секретагогами не было получено убедительных данных о существенном повышении риска сер-дечно-сосудистых нарушений или распространенности гипогликемий.

In this systematic review the analysis of hypoglycemia and cardio-vascular events was analyzed due to therapy by SU and other secretagenes. Accordingto more then 1400 publications from 1984 to 2009 there is no clear data of increasing hypoglycemia and cardio-vascular events by using micronisedglibenklamide (glyiburide) in comparison to other medications.
