Одним из них является глюкагоноподобный пептид-1. Искусственный аналог этого гормона - лираглутид - об-ладает рядом свойств, помогающих контролировать углеводный обмен у больных сахарным диабетом 2 типа и имеет подтвержденныеположительные эффекты на факторы риска развития сердечно-сосудистых осложнений.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The gastrointestinal tract produces hormones that influence glucose-induced pancreatic insulin secretion.
