Однако исследование мочи на микроальбуминурию является единственным используемым в настоящее время методом ранней диагностики ДН. Статья представляет собой обзор литературы по из-учению потенциальных маркеров доклинической диагностики ДН у пациентов с сахарным диабетом 1 типа, в том числе,данные новейших экспериментальных и клинических исследований в этой области.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Due to progressive nature of diabetic nephropathy (DN) and limited effectiveness of therapeutic efforts at clinically overt stages, diagnosisof pre-clinical (and, therefore, potentially reversible) DN is especially important. To date, however, test for microalbuminuriaremains the only technique applicable for early diagnostics of DN.
