Материалы и методы: В исследование включено 40 больных ИБС и стабильной стенокардией II-III ФК, из них 37 мужчин и 3 женщины, средний возраст которых составил 56,7 ?1,95 лет. Верификация диагноза ИБС проводилась с помощью ВЭМ-пробы, у 21 больного в сочетании со сцинтиграфией миокарда с радиофармпрепаратом МИБИ (метоксиизобутилизометрил, Технетрил, Россия), выполненной на максимуме ВЭМ пробы и в покое; у 15 ? больных с помощью коронароангиографии; у 21 ? больного на основании указаний на перенесенный инфаркт миокарда, подтверждённых результатами ЭКГ. Результаты: Через 2 мес. терапии ТМЗ в обеих группах уменьшилось число больных с наличием депрессии сегмента ST на максимуме ВЭМ-пробы: в группе 1 - на 40%. В группе II (ИБС+НУО) отмечалось уве-личение величины выполняемой работы на 22%. одной из групп.
