Терапевтическое обучение пациентов с сахарным диабетом (СД) является неотъемлемой частью их лечения. На сегодняшний день в Российской Федерации (РФ) использовать дистанционное обучение рекомендовано после пройденного очного обучения. Следовать данной рекомендации достаточно проблематично ввиду удаленности и нехватки Школ для пациентов с СД во многих регионах РФ. В зарубежной литературе вопрос дистанционного обучения в качестве альтернативы очному активно обсуждается.</p></sec><sec><title>ЦЕЛЬ</title><p>ЦЕЛЬ. Освещение вопроса эффективности дистанционного обучения с применением телемедицинских технологий у пациентов с СД 2 типа (СД2).</p></sec><sec><title>МАТЕРИАЛЫ И МЕТОДЫ</title><p>МАТЕРИАЛЫ И МЕТОДЫ. Был проведен систематический поиск научных публикаций, в которых сравнивалось онлайн-обучение с традиционными формами у пациентов с СД2 согласно рекомендациям PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses). Клинические исследования с использованием дистанционной формы обучения у пациентов с СД2 без сравнения с очной формой были исключены.</p></sec><sec><title>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ</title><p>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. Всего было отобрано шесть научных публикаций, в которых дистанционная форма обучения параллельно сравнивалась с традиционным терапевтическим обучением. Во всех исследованиях дистанционное обучение продемонстрировало свою эффективность. Малый объем выборки, возрастная неоднородность участников, краткосрочная продолжительность исследования, а также различный способ дистанционного взаимодействия и программа терапевтического обучения являются ограничением для оценки общего эффекта.</p></sec><sec><title>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ</title><p>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. Использование телемедицинских технологий в терапевтическом обучении у пациентов с СД2 предлагает большие перспективы по увеличению доступности обучения и повышения качества медицинской помощи.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>INTRODUCTION</title><p>INTRODUCTION. Therapeutic education for patients with diabetes mellitus is an integral part of their treatment. To date, in the Russian Federation, it is recommended to use distance education after completing full-time training. Following this recommendation is quite problematic due to the remoteness and lack of «Schools for patients with diabetes mellitus» in many regions of the Russian Federation. In foreign literature, the issue of distance education as an alternative to full-time is actively discussed.</p></sec><sec><title>PURPOSE</title><p>PURPOSE. Highlighting the effectiveness of distance education using telemedicine technologies in patients with type 2 diabetes.</p></sec><sec><title>МETHODS</title><p>МETHODS. A systematic search was conducted for scientific publications comparing traditional forms of education with online education in patients with type 2 diabetes, according to the recommendations of PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses). Clinical studies using distance education in patients with type 2 diabetes without comparison with the full-time form were excluded.</p></sec><sec><title>RESULTS</title><p>RESULTS. In total, six scientific publications were selected, in which the distance education form was compared in parallel with traditional therapeutic education. In all studies, distance education has demonstrated its effectiveness. The small sample size, the age heterogeneity of the participants, the short-term duration of the study, as well as the different method of remote interaction and the therapeutic education program are limitations for assessing the overall effect.</p></sec><sec><title>CONCLUSIONS</title><p>CONCLUSIONS.
