Данный подход объединяет несколько дисциплин, таких как медицина, педагогика и психология, что делает его уникальной областью, направленной на улучшение здоровья и качества жизни пациентов. Цель терапевтического обучения заключается не только в предоставлении информации о заболевании, но и в обучении пациента навыкам самоконтроля, правильному питанию, самостоятельной коррекции доз инсулина, а также распознаванию признаков возможных осложнений.</p><p>Эффективное управление СД невозможно без участия пациента. Постоянный мониторинг уровня глюкозы, своевременные корректировки доз инсулина и соблюдение диетологических рекомендаций требуют от пациента осознанного и активного участия в процессе лечения. Терапевтическое обучение помогает пациентам лучше понять свое состояние, осознать важность самоконтроля и улучшить их навыки управления заболеванием. Таким образом, обучение становится неотъемлемой частью лечения, обеспечивающей достижение долгосрочных целей по поддержанию оптимального уровня гликемии и предотвращению развития или прогрессирования осложнений.</p><p>С конца XX века в России начала развиваться собственная школа терапевтического обучения больных СД. Были созданы различные программы, включающие курсы для пациентов и их родственников, семинары с врачами. Данные программы доказали свою эффективность в долгосрочной перспективе, что подтверждается улучшением показателей компенсации углеводного обмена у пациентов с СД, а также снижением частоты госпитализаций и осложнений.</p><p>Таким образом, терапевтическое обучение в рамках комплексного лечения диабета не только способствует улучшению индивидуальных показателей здоровья пациентов, но и оказывает положительное влияние на общую эффективность системы здравоохранения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Therapeutic education for patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) has become an important and mandatory component of the comprehensive management of this disease. This approach integrates several disciplines such as medicine, pedagogy and psychology, making it a unique field aimed at improving the health and quality of life of patients. The goal of therapeutic education is not only to provide information about the disease, but also to teach the patient self-management skills, proper nutrition, self-adjustment of insulin doses, and recognizing the signs of possible complications.</p><p>Effective management of DM is impossible without the patient’s participation. Continuous monitoring of glucose levels, timely adjustments of insulin doses and compliance with dietary recommendations require the patient’s informed and active participation in the treatment process. Therapeutic education helps patients to better understand their condition, recognize the importance of self-management and improve their disease management skills. Thus, education becomes an integral part of treatment, ensuring the achievement of long-term goals for maintaining optimal glycemia levels and preventing the development or progression of complications.</p><p>Since the end of the 20th century, Russia began to develop its own school of therapeutic education for patients with diabetes mellitus. Various programs were created, including courses for patients and their relatives, seminars with doctors.
